Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide only. Standard Australian shipping is FREE and included in every displayed item price. Express costs extra when Printful offers it for your address and bag; check the full quote before payment.
Can I choose express?
Yes, where Printful offers it. Add your items to the bag, enter your Australian delivery address and delivery phone number, then choose Check delivery options. The full quoted express shipping rate is added to the unchanged item prices. Express speeds up transport, not production.
How long will it take?
Items are made to order. Production is additional to estimated standard Australian delivery of 2–14 business days after fulfilment. Location, dispatch warehouse and busy periods affect timing. Your order may arrive in separate parcels.
Which size should I choose?
Open any product and select See product dimensions & size guide. Each guide uses that product’s supplier measurements. Measure a similar piece you own and compare before ordering.
What about returns?
Contact hello@roama.au promptly if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Our returns page explains made-to-order purchases and change-of-mind requests. Your Australian consumer rights continue to apply.
Where is my order?
Use the private order-status link shown after payment. It shows verified payment and shipment information, with tracking when available. If you have lost the link, email hello@roama.au with your order reference. Please do not put your address or payment details into this guide.
How is it made?
Original Roamå designs are made to order by Printful. Exact supplier product views, sizes and materials are in the shop. Our lifestyle images are AI-styled references to current designs; physical sample review is in progress.
Payments & Afterpay?
Pay securely through Stripe. Available payment methods, including Afterpay where eligible, are shown before payment. Product prices are in AUD; standard Australian shipping is free. Any available express charge is reviewed before payment.
