Free Australian shipping is included in the displayed price. Our items are made to order, so production comes before delivery.
Australian delivery
One payment to Roamå covers your selected items and Australian shipping. You do not pay Printful separately. We currently deliver within Australia only. If a carrier cannot serve your address, we will contact you to agree on an alternative or refund.
Delivery after fulfilment
Estimated Australian delivery is 2–14 business days after fulfilment. Delivery times vary by location and dispatch warehouse; regional and remote addresses, overseas fulfilment and busy periods may take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Production time is additional. Printful generally estimates 2–5 business days to make an item, and some products or embroidery preparation can take longer. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.
We cannot promise that every item will be made in Australia. Different products may arrive in separate parcels.
Following your order
After payment, keep your private order-status link. Roamå reviews your order and arranges production with Printful. The page shows verified payment and shipment information, with tracking when available. A successful payment does not mean a parcel has already shipped.
Our first physical sample delivery is still in progress. We will refine the guidance as we verify actual production and delivery times.
Changes or a missing parcel
Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs changing. A made-to-order item may already be in production. If a parcel is damaged, missing or significantly delayed, contact Roamå with the order reference. Your consumer rights continue to apply.
