This notice describes the shop’s use of customer information. We do not need your card number in an email, message or support request.
Ordering and delivery
Checkout collects your name, email, delivery phone number, delivery address, selected items and payment outcome. Stripe processes the payment; Roamå does not receive your full card details. We provide your delivery contact details, including email and phone number, and the order information needed by Printful and its delivery partners to make and ship your items and contact you about delivery. Your phone number is collected for your order and delivery, not a marketing subscription.
The production service uses Google’s Firebase infrastructure, with order records restricted to the server. Service providers may process information outside Australia. We use order information for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and records we need to keep.
Offers and news — your choice
The optional “Email me Roamå offers, sale alerts and news” checkbox starts unticked. Your order does not depend on selecting it. If you tick it and complete checkout, we keep the email used for that order in a separate, restricted email list with a record of your permission. The list does not include your delivery phone number or address. We may use Brevo to manage and deliver the newsletters you ask for, sharing only your opted-in email and permission status. Its service may process this information outside Australia.
If you leave it unticked, we do not add your checkout email to that list. We use your order email and phone for fulfilment, delivery, support and the transaction records we need to retain. Buying something is not permission for marketing calls or texts.
You can withdraw email marketing permission by emailing hello@roama.au with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Every newsletter will also include a direct unsubscribe link. Withdrawing marketing permission does not stop essential messages about an order.
Saved looks and bags
Saved looks, bags and pending checkout request references use storage in your browser. They are not a marketing subscription or a customer account. You can clear them through the relevant panel or your browser’s storage controls. The optional checkout email preference is described above. The current site has no advertising pixel. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts, and supplier-hosted diagrams may load when you open a size guide; those requests share ordinary browser connection information with the relevant provider.
Keeping information
We retain order and support records for as long as needed for the transaction, complaints and applicable record-keeping obligations. Access to customer information is limited to the people and service providers who need it. Please keep any private order-status link to yourself.
